Data Deletion Instructions

Pursuant to the Facebook Platform Policy and GDPR requirements, we provide users with a clear mechanism to request the deletion of their data. You can request data deletion using any of the methods below.

1 Manual Email Request

Send an email to our support team with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your account information so we can identify and remove your data.

We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

2 Via Facebook Settings

You can revoke our app's access and delete associated data directly through your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account "Settings & Privacy" → "Settings"
  2. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "AutoPost Core" in the list of active apps
  4. Click the "Remove" button
  5. Check the box to "Delete all posts, photos, and videos" posted by the app
  6. Confirm removal

3 Via Instagram Settings

For Instagram-linked data:

  1. Open Instagram and go to "Settings"
  2. Navigate to "Security" → "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find and remove "AutoPost Core"

What Data Will Be Deleted?

  • Access tokens and authentication data
  • Profile information we stored (name, profile picture)
  • Content metadata (post schedules, captions)
  • Any analytics data associated with your account
