What is AutoPost Core?

AutoPost Core is a professional social media automation platform that allows you to schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. It's designed for businesses and content creators who need to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

Which platforms are supported?

We currently support Facebook (Pages and Business accounts), Instagram (Business and Creator accounts), and Pinterest (Business accounts). We integrate directly with their official APIs.

Is AutoPost Core free to use?

AutoPost Core is currently an internal tool designed for authorized users. If you're interested in access, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Security & Privacy

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication and all data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Access tokens are stored securely and we never store your social media passwords.

Do you store my content permanently?

No. We only temporarily store content for the purpose of scheduled publishing. Once published, content is removed from our servers. We do not retain copies of your media files.

Can I request my data to be deleted?

Absolutely. You can request deletion of your data at any time by visiting our Data Deletion page or by emailing us directly.

Do you share my data with third parties?

No. We never sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties. Your information is used solely for providing our services. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Technical Questions

How does the scheduling work?

You upload your content and set a date/time for publishing. Our system automatically publishes to your connected accounts at the scheduled time. You can schedule posts days or weeks in advance.

What content formats are supported?

We support images (JPEG, PNG, WebP), videos (MP4, MOV), and carousel posts. File size limits depend on the target platform's requirements.

What happens if a post fails to publish?

If a post fails (e.g., due to API issues), you'll receive an email notification with details about the failure. You can then reschedule the post or investigate the issue.

Do you support Instagram Stories or Reels?

Currently, we support standard feed posts and carousels. Stories and Reels support is planned for future updates. Contact us to stay informed about new features.

Account & Access

How do I connect my social media accounts?

You connect accounts using the official OAuth login flow. Click "Connect" and you'll be redirected to Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest to authorize the connection. We never see your password.

How do I disconnect or revoke access?

You can revoke access at any time through your Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest settings under "Apps and Websites". See our Data Deletion page for detailed instructions.

I'm having trouble connecting my account. What should I do?

Make sure you have a Business or Creator account (for Instagram) or a Page (for Facebook). Personal accounts may have limited API access. If issues persist, contact our support.
